\"Sunset\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I pulled into my campsite near Clemson, South Carolina, just as the sun was going down. You have to love a pull-though site by the water. This is at Twin Lakes Campground on Hartwell Lake. It’s an Army Corps of Engineers facility., and I’ve never seen a COE campground that wasn’t top notch.<\/p>\n

That was the most sun I saw during the two days I was there. At least I got a nice sunset.<\/p>\n

It was a football weekend at Clemson, and the campground was full of fans. Orange decorations and tiger paws decorated most of the campsites. I felt like such an outsider!<\/p>\n

I spent a good chunk of time texting\u00a0with a Facebook friend from an RV group. He was trying to talk me through fixing my water heater that stopped functioning back in Newport News.<\/p>\n

We tested and tried and examined.<\/p>\n

Here’s a fuse. You learn something new everyday.<\/p>\n

I appreciated his help, but we didn’t get it running.<\/p>\n

What a nice spot! Water, electricity, a view and only $26 a night. I wonder if I paid a little extra, they would turn on the sun?<\/p>\n
