I was just a few miles away, so I had<\/em><\/strong> to stop in and visit Winslow, Arizona.<\/p>\n Actually what I really had to do was my laundry.<\/p>\n The did have 31 machines. Many of them worked.<\/p>\n Some of the dryers that didn’t work were repurposed into recycle bins. It wasn’t busy, so I managed to get my clothes cleaned and dried in short order.<\/p>\n I could even have exchanged books and taken a shower. Since I wasn’t intoxicated, I would have been permitted to take one. I knew I’d be able to take one at my next stop, so I skipped the shower.<\/p>\n Clothes done, it was time to find that corner!<\/p>\n Luckily, there was plenty of on-street parking. Of course, I did take up most of a block.
